At HSX Models, we really mean it when we say customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please review our policy below.

Returns Eligibility 🔄

We accept returns & exchanges under the following conditions:

✅ The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

✅ The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

✅ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

Used, damaged, or missing parts due to improper handling.

Custom-made or personalized items.

Items returned without prior approval.

How to Request a Return 📩

1️⃣ Contact us at hsxmodels@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Any photos or videos will help massively if possible.

2️⃣ We will provide you with a return address and instructions.

3️⃣ Once we receive and/or inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds Policy 💰

Approved refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Damaged or Defective Items 🛠️

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please provide clear photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellations 🚫

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
