1. What is HSX Models?

HSX Models specialises in awesome, high-quality miniature gun replicas, offering 1:3 scale hand guns, rifles and snipers. We solely focus on craftsmanship, authenticity, and customer satisfaction.

2. Do the models function like real firearms?

No, our models are non-functional display pieces. They are meant for collectors, display, and customization only. They do not fire projectiles and are completely safe.

3. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe. If you’re unsure about your location, contact us before ordering!

4. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by region:

UK & Europe: 10-20 business days

USA & Canada: 12-25 business days

Australia & Other Regions: 15-30 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.

6. What if my model arrives damaged?

We take quality control very seriously, but if your model arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will work on a replacement or an appropriate refund solution.

7. Do you offer refunds or returns?

We accept returns only for defective or incorrect items. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
